Staff was super helpful and welcoming. Good location with a subway station and buses nearby. Will definitely be coming back!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the TV app not working upon check-in. The front desk lady sent technical staff and fixed it immediately after receiving the report. Rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast choices were plenty and good. Bedding and pillows were good. Toiletries provided were of good quality. Location is great and within walking distance to the tram station. There are convenient stores within 5-min walk. Price was reasonable considering the quality services provided.

You turned a stressful situation into something that was resolved within 20 minutes. The breakfast was a delicious treat, highly recommended for a great start to the day!

Best hotel we stayed in for Japan! We booked a standard double bed and the room was huge! We were happy we did not upgrade upon arrival as there was no need to in the end. We were sorry we didn't stay here longer and do a day trip or two to Osaka instead, as Osaka is only a 15 min Bullet Train ride and every hotel after this was a let down as they were so cramped and more expensive. There's so much to do in Kyoto too! The bar upstairs is unbelievable and the cocktails and mocktails were unreal. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so lovely!
