Amazing hotel, super stylish. Huge rooms, all with own rotenburo on the balcony and lake view,too.. In addition a fantastic onsen & rotenburo for all guests. Tattoo friendly, too 😀 Staff was super nice plus they have free shuttle service from/ to JR station. Also they shuttle guests to the fireworks section in Toyako Onsen. The food was exceptional. We enjoyed every minute in this hotel.

Located in Rusutsu, 600 metres from West Gondola, The Westin Rusutsu Resort features rooms with air conditioning. Location is good, there's a 7-11 out side the Hotel with 2 minites drive. Monorail is so convience to get Rusutsu Resort. Onsen is so wonderful. Room space is bigger than I thought, kids really enjoy the stay and satisfied about the experience.

The onsen was also amazing and I went there every night. I also really liked the cute decor and furniture of the hotel lobby; each piece was unique but worked together well. My family really liked Kiki and I was sad to leave.

The hotel offers shuttle buses each day to and from popular ski and town locations. Ski hire can be booked through the hotel and delivered to the hotel ski lockers which made things a lot easier.
